VIDEOS, FILMS & IMMERSIVE PROJECTS
In my videos and films, I combine drawing, painting, sculpture, performance, sound, and animation. I am inspired by fantasy, science fiction, spirituality, and rock music. Initially, my videos were presented on iPads with headphones for group exhibitions. Now, I present them for screenings at film festivals. I am the sole creator, serving as director, performer, and composer for each video project. Since 2021, my videos have been my primary focus. For my immersive projects, I transform physical spaces into alien domains, exploring the connection between the artist and the audience. As I guide you through my world, you are an experiencer and participant in the unfolding events of the work.

PAINTINGS
My background is in painting and I work primarily in acrylics. My style is a fusion of Pop Art, Abstract Expressionism, and calligraphic-inspired elements. I also created my own language, Ackerman Code, an intermix of numbers, words, and symbols. In my series "Alien Love," I depict a race of alien beings in a narrative about alienation and freedom. This series has evolved to include a greater commentary on LGBTQIA+ rights and freedoms. I start my paintings with black or white backgrounds, symbolizing the boundaries between society and the individual. Brightly painted figures in the foreground represent values of personal freedom and expression. Black and white labels float through these environments as reminders of social adherence and personal preference. My paintings are a process of breaking through barriers, solving problems, and creating balance and harmony.

SONGS
Welcome to rock star mode! This is my brand of rock music. With My hard-edged, raspy vocals and luxurious glam-infused vocals. My keytar, keyboard, and piano. My ambient electronic soundscapes represent alternate domains. Each track is an invitation, Place a pair of headphones on your head and the journey begins.

PERFORMANCES
My music performances feature vocals and keytar. My spoken word performances are narrative, character, or "gentle slam" works. In the past they have included visual elements, such as hand held lights, lipstick, and mirrors. While, My painting performances brought the work to other levels of theater and spectacle.
